Impiego e dosi: Aggiungere prima dell’inizio della fermentazione 20-30 g/hl di lieviti previa reidratazione in acqua a 30-35 °C nel rapporto di 1:10, dolcificata al 5% con mosto o zucchero. Attendere 30 minuti, versare nella vasca e aggiungere 20-30 g/hl di ACTIVAT, attivante di fermentazione sciolto in mosto o acqua.
